Great hosts and excellent communication

Listing indicated able to accommodate 7. I'm very glad I didnt trust that! Very small space, but very well outfitted. Only 1 key fob. Excellent location, excellent price, very responsive hosts, and very accommodating for changing circumstances. Had initially given incorrect dates for parking passes but immediately fixed it. Lockbox where keys and parking passes were stored was in a sketchy place where one of our party was asked to remove the lockbox, we passed the info along to Jacky. Good experience overall. 4/5 stars.

This apartment was a dream! Not only was it a beautiful place in a great location but the whole stay was made very easy by the digital welcome book that has clear instructions on how to check in and out (even a video on how to find the lockbox), where everything was and even local recommendations. The place was clean and well stocked for my short stay, the little details were taken care of making the place really easy to stay!

Jacky was super quick and effective to respond , everything matched the photos , very easy to communicate , def worth the price if going with friends and family. Everything u want is walking distance , very clean and easy to access! The host provides very easy and great details when booking to make your stay better and effective and super simple! Def will be booking here again if coming again

Awesome apartment! It was such a convenient location- we ended up leaving our car in the garage for the time we stayed there and we just rode public transportation or walked everywhere. Loved the food options in the area and it was dog friendly! Would definitely come back.

Amazing condo perfect location

i think this is a great place especially if your doing stuff around the church and wellesley area ( especially pride ) everything we wanted to do was walking distance so the location is perfect. and i think thatd be true for 90% of people who would stay here. the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and wares. beds were nice. the layout can be a bit weird though. ( also alot of light switches which do seemingly nothing lol ) few stains and spots and some dirtyness. but nothing that outweights the good. but the location and ease of it all makes up fr

Amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our trip. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything we needed was provided, and check-in was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Great location and responsive hosts, but communication was sometimes inconsistent due to multiple host/co-hosts messaging separately. We were initially given an incorrect lockbox code, and later the checkout instructions again referenced the same incorrect code. A similar issue happened with parking and unfortunately resulted in us receiving a parking ticket. We had paid for parking, provided our license plate information, and initially received instructions directing us to park in visitor spots. Later, we received different parking instructions for a garage spot, but it was not clearly communicated that the newer instructions replaced the earlier ones. We only realized there was a misunderstanding after receiving the ticket and contacting the hosts. We really wish the updated message had explicitly said to disregard the previous parking instructions, which would have avoided the confusion entirely. Thankfully Airbnb support later helped resolve the issue.

Great location! Very comfortable beds

Great place for a few night's stay. Personally loved the location (so many bubble tea options walking distance!) and the view of the city from the bedroom.

Kelly was such a sweet host and very accommodating. The location is Central to explore north and south part of downtown, all by foot. Downside, downtown Toronto allows construction all throughout the night. So guests should be prepared for that.

Great location, walking distance to everything. It definitely feels like home away from home. There was everything you needed in the kitchen, the washer and dryer was a great addition and the apartment itself is very comfortable. The host is responsive and provided clear instructions and manual.

The space is in a great location, thoughtfully laid out, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. On the first evening, there was a minor issue with the shower rod coming loose, but the hosts addressed it promptly and had it fixed by the following day. Communication was generally clear, though at times a bit confusing since multiple hosts were involved and didn’t always reference previous messages. That said, it didn’t detract from the overall experience, which was comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a great experience in this stay, Kelly and her team always responded our enquiry fast . It located in between two stations, also there are lots of restaurants nearby. The stay was bigger than we thought and it is clean and tidy. We will visit again !!!

We stayed during Toronto Waterfront Marathon weekend & overall enjoyed the space. During the day we enjoyed exploring the bustling neighbourhood, but at night found it extremely loud when trying to sleep. The instructions for arrival & check in couldn’t be more accurate. All communication was prompt, though there was some confusion across owner/management in messaging. Ultimately, the sleeping arrangements weren’t as expected/optimal. This is listed as a two bedroom; however, it is a one bedroom with two beds. One bed is not behind a closed door, rather situated in the main living space. For this reason more than any other, the price felt too high for what we received. The host/management are kind & welcoming, so with some private feedback we hope some minor adjustments are made in the future & others will experience a more seamless stay in a space expected.

Had a great stay, place is as described, hosts are super helpful. I will recommend to friends and family, and if I need to stay in Toronto again, I'll probably look them up again!

We had a very comfortable and convenient stay at Kelly's place. Check in was easy and the place was clean and nicely stocked. I liked the touch of having spices for cooking. Communication was also quick and clear. My one critique would be that the place appears to have been done somewhat cheaply. A modest additional investment in improving the space, particularly the bathroom fixtures, would go a long way.

Nice place perfect location, close to everything

Jacky's listing was exactly as described and very well-maintained! From the time I booked to the time I checked out, Jacky was very proactive, friendly, and communicative. The location of this listing could not be any better. It's within minutes (walking distance) of many amazing restaurants and many other things to see. The availability of on-site parking was also very comforting and appreciated. Would definitely choose this AirBnB if/when we return to Toronto!

Jacky’s place is centrally located in the heart of the city right next to U of T, with tons to do around it. The view is amazing from the balcony. The beds and the space overall is quite cozy. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here! Not only is the location convenient for finding great restaurants, but it is also walkable to several tourist spots in town. Jacky and his team were also incredibly helpful whenever we had doubts and requests. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone, be it for a long or short stay! :)

Logement propre, accueillant et proche des transports. Le parking payant intérieur est un plus dans le quartier afin de pouvoir garer sa voiture sans problème. La vue est sympathique. Il manque éventuellement une table pour pouvoir manger mais l'appartement est entouré de très bons restaurants pour tous les budgets. Nous avons eu plaisir à manger à l'extérieur.

Good overall. Just a few things missing like cooking oil to make full use of kitchen and few minor hiccups like missing TP when I arrived which they rapidly addressed

Clean and safe place. The indoor parking (25$ overnight) is a big plus. I really appreciated the small gift bag and the treats for my dog. We had a few hiccups to get the key in the beginning but the host was responsive and helped us throughout the process.
